Topographic Survey in Quezon City

Elevations, contours, and existing features for design and permits.

What is a topographic survey?

A topographic survey maps the shape of the land: elevations, contours, slopes, existing structures, trees, drainage lines, roads, and visible utilities. Architects and engineers use it to design buildings, drainage, driveways, and retaining walls.

It does not by itself fix legal boundaries. Many clients combine it with a relocation survey.

When do you need it?

  • You are starting design for a house, townhouse, or commercial building.
  • Your engineer or architect asks for a topo map.
  • Your lot is sloped or flood-prone and you need to plan drainage and floor levels.
  • You are preparing documents for a building permit.
