What is the difference between relocation and verification survey?
A relocation survey marks the corners of your lot on the ground. A verification survey checks if the title and the lot on the ground actually match. Many clients need both. See our guide for details.
Kailangan ba ng TCT para magpa-survey?
Yes, a copy of the title (TCT) is the starting document. If you only have a tax declaration, tell us. We can explain what is possible and what you need to secure first.
How long does a survey take?
A relocation or verification survey usually takes about 3 to 10 working days. Subdivision and consolidation take longer because the plan must be approved by the DENR before titling.
Do I need to be present during the survey?
It helps to be there or to send a representative who knows the lot, but it is not required. We will coordinate with you and your neighbors where needed.
Can you survey if my neighbor disagrees?
Yes. The survey follows the technical description on the title, not opinions. It gives both sides a factual starting point. Serious disputes may still go through barangay conciliation or legal channels.
Who signs the survey plan?
A licensed geodetic engineer prepares, signs, and seals the plan. Plans that need approval are submitted to the DENR.
Ano ang mohon at bakit mahalaga?
Mohon are the concrete boundary markers at the corners of a lot. They are how you and others can physically find the boundary. We set new ones or re-set missing ones during a relocation survey.
Do you serve areas outside Quezon City?
Our focus is Quezon City, and we also accept requests in nearby areas such as Caloocan, Marikina, San Mateo, and Valenzuela. Message us with your lot location.
How do I send my title?
Use the request form to upload a photo or scan of your title, or send it by Viber, WhatsApp, or Messenger. We keep your documents private and use them only for your survey.
